Very squeamish family atmosphere park. Grassy sites, Water and 30 amp. Picnic table snd fire band. Most sites fairly level. We accept a 35 ft class A with toad. Campsites are scattered so wait for the electrical poles. Beautiful lake. Bath house clean and busy! Well maintained. Busy on weekends

Sites are willy nilly over a pocket-sized expanse of ground. Lots of boats launching to a pretty lake and then role of the land is boat and trailer parking. Director is uptight but does keep the restrooms clean.

I've been here several times at present, and likely stayed close to a week, combined. It'due south an excellent spot to tuck in for a few days. Campground host is friendly and professional, the campground is kept very make clean, the [men's] bathroom & showers are always immaculate and aroma of fresh cleaning products daily. I've been hither several times now, and likely stayed close to a week, combined. It'southward an excellent spot to tuck in for a few days. Campground host is friendly and professional, the campground is kept very clean, the [men's] bath & showers are always immaculate and olfactory property of fresh cleaning products daily. Just pull in, choice a site, and the host will eventually come greet you and check you in.
In that location's a dump station on the left upon entering, as well equally a dumpster. Sites each take electric & water. The water has a faint chip of a sulfur smell to it but the water lines where being worked on equally I was leaving the concluding time, so that may not still be the instance.
Beautiful views and easy access to the lake.
In that location'south a gunkhole launch right there too! That's both a blessing and a curse though - information technology's easy to put in if you'd like Merely that besides means people are launching their airboats pre-dawn (despite signs saying "No Airboats!"). Those things sound like a helicopter 50 feet abroad from you, so exist enlightened y'all may awake startled in the dark. The Host makes an effort to go on airboats out, which is probably why they launch in the early hours while anybody is asleep.
It's more or less a big open up manicured park, with trees interspersed. There'south plenty of selection between shade or direct light, depending on your preference. The sites are pull through, which I also discover quite convenient. Getting in and out is a cinch.
This is an inviting location, and a great use of $20 if you lot need to rest up for a day while on the road. I go out of my way to swing by in that location when I'm passing through.
No reservations, it's kickoff come offset served, but I've yet to even see it at half-chapters all winter.

We stumbled upon this park after existence turned away from the local state park because we hadn't made a reservation 😞 and chose a aforementioned day camping trip. However, so glad we did. Cute lake views, awesome camp host, Dave, and the grounds were make clean and freshly mowed. Bathhouse was clean and updated. Such peace and serenity out here.

We stumbled upon this park after being turned abroad from the local state park considering nosotros hadn't made a reservation 😞 and chose a same day camping trip. Even so, so glad we did.
